Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. (NYSE MKT: WTT) today announced shareholder voting results for its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on June 12.
The Company reported that the shareholders approved the election of each of the Company's seven (7) director nominees. Shareholders also ratified the appointment of PKF O'Connor Davies, A Division of O'Connor Davies, LLP as the Company's independent public accountants.
Shareholders voted to approve, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company's named executive officers as described in the Company's 2013 proxy statement. Shareholders also voted to approve the inclusion of an advisory vote on the compensation of the Company's named executive officers in the Company's proxy statement every three calendar years.
The official voting results for each of these proposals will be disclosed in a report to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Following the meeting, Glenn Luk was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors. Robert Censullo was also promoted to Chief Financial Officer from Acting Chief Financial Officer.
