In response to COVID-19 multiple states and governments have issued various “stay at home” orders for residents and non-essential businesses to slow down the spread of the virus. Under these orders, businesses that serve critical infrastructure needs are deemed essential and are encouraged to remain open and maintain their normal work schedule. Wireless Telecom Group and its subsidiaries Boonton, CommAgility, Holzworth, Microlab and Noisecom are considered essential businesses serving the needs of the Communications Infrastructure and Defense Industrial Base. We are open and continuing with normal operations providing specialized solutions which enable the development, testing and deployment of critical wireless technology and communications serving customers in telecommunications, public safety, military, aerospace, government and transportation. Our teams of engineers, sales professionals and customer support staff are standing by to assist during this uncertain time.

The health and safety of our employees is very important, and we have taken steps to continue to operate as an essential business while protecting our employees at the same time. We have exercised our remote location policy which includes work from home locations and we have been effective in responding to customer requests, design needs and day-day ordering and fulfillment activities. In cases where our employees must be physically present in one of our facilities to perform their job, we have implemented a number of precautionary measures in accordance with government and public health requirements to provide a safe and effective work environment.
